Dr. Donna Loraine is Vice President of Academic Affairs for DeVry University and Dean of the Keller Graduate School of Management. She was appointed to this role in June 2008. Prior to this she served as Vice President of Operations for DeVry University’s campus and center locations in the eastern U.S.

Previously, she served as Regional Vice President for the South East and President of several DeVry metros to include Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas. She also served as Dean of Academic Affairs at DeVry’s Kansas City, Missouri campus for 2 ½ years and dean of instruction for four year at the Dallas campus, where she began her DeVry career as an assistant professor and instructor. She has also taught at the University of Texas at Dallas and Troy State University in Europe.

In addition to her academic experience, Loraine served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, holding the titles of chief of tactical operations and senior director for several radar and aircraft control units in Germany. In these roles, she was responsible for providing support for European aircraft defense exercises during wartime simulations and conducting North Atlantic Treaty Organization exercises to test program effectiveness. She also has seven years private-sector industry experience, working in defense industry management.

Loraine holds doctorate and master’s degrees in public administration from the University of Colorado, a master of science degree in management from Troy State University in Ala., and a bachelor’s degree in economics/business administration from Park College in Mo.
